It's cheap, clean, and the staff make it great.
The room worked nicely, and the staff (especially Clara) was excellent. Compared to other reviews, I didn't hear much noise. The hotel's location to the transit system was fairly easy for us to use. The cleaning staff was also very nice and did a great job. We slept well, and the internet wifi worked well for us. For AC, be sure to let the staff know what temperature you would like the room, so they can program that in when you turn on the unit in the room. I'm going to list a few things in the next section that may appear long, but it's only so that the hotel will continue to improve. If I ever go to Seoul again, I wouldn't mind staying here at all.
The worst part is the automatic check-in system. It wasn't working very well when we arrived, but luckily Clara was there to help us. (I heard it was still in the process of being updated, but my suggestion is to check-in Mon-Fri between 10 am to 9 pm so that someone is there just in case.) I think there were several small things that could use some improvements. Our bathroom looked unfinished as the faucet lever socket was degrading, and there was a huge cracked tile along the bathtub's base that looked like a repair might have been recently done. The lamps had loose wires that looked like an electrical hazard (we just left them unplugged). Towels also need to be replaced as a few of the ones we were given had holes larger than 5 cm in diameter. Weird things were that the restaurant was closed (they didn't change the sign until we were leaving) and the rooftop garden was clearly under construction with no warning given to us.
